Terms of Service — BrickHead

These terms apply to purchases and use of the BrickHead online store. Contact us at miurasllc@outlook.com.

Products

We sell novelty ski masks with fun Lego-inspired designs. Product descriptions identify what is included. Any props, styling accessories or decorative elements shown in product imagery are not included unless expressly listed. As all BrickHead masks are made to order, slight variations in color, design or finish may occur compared to product images.

Orders and prices

Prices are displayed in the selected currency. The final currency, total, taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Currency-converter estimates may differ from the final checkout amount. We may contact you to resolve a pricing error, unavailable item or suspected fraudulent order; any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded.

Pre-order timeline

Production takes 10–15 business days, followed by 1–5 business days for order processing, and an estimated 5–15 business days for delivery. These stages are consecutive. See our Shipping Policy for details and contact us if you need an update.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships — just reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. Requests after dispatch are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Report delivery damage or incorrect items within 48 hours to help us resolve the issue promptly. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Use

BrickHead masks are designed for personal use and creative expression. Follow any care or usage instructions supplied with your product. BrickHead is not responsible for improper use of the product.

Website content

Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights to third-party marks and other protected material remain with their respective owners. Product visuals on this site may include AI-generated imagery for illustrative purposes; the final product may differ slightly in small details.

Liability and applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer law continues to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not retrospectively remove the rights that applied to an order when it was placed.
